Q- Can I use fat based soaps inside PLATESCRAPE?


A- Fat based soaps and degreasers will leave a residue behind that can grow bacteria. This is why we always recommend using Bonsai inside PLATESCRAPE. Bonsai is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and is NOT fat based.


Q- Can I eat off a plate immediately after using the PLATESCRAPE?


A- ABSOLUTLY NOT! The PLATESCRAPE was specifically designed as a pre-sanitation or pre- rinse only product. Every plate or tray ran through the PLATESCRAPE MUST go into a sanitation process before use.
